My Wildlife Images Terms and Conditions
All photographs are available to purchase as open edition fine art prints. Every print is personally produced and inspected by Les Cater before being sent out to clients.
All artwork is exclusively produced on Ilford A4/A5 Galerie professional inkjet photo range prestige paper 310 grams, 310 microns. The inks are genuine Epson Claria photographic colour dye inks with the black being a pigment ink to improve the clarity and longevity of the print. Smooth pearl is used for the landscapes and smooth gloss for the insects, mammals and birds.
All photos are supplied unmounted, they are in print form only.

All prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity, as a guarantee that it is original work created by Les Cater.

All images are the genuine work of Les Cater. They are created solely by him, and come from being inspired by nature itself.

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with any print, it can be returned to us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase
Prints damaged in transit will be replaced if the damage is notified to us immediately on receipt.
Any returns must first be agreed in person by the e-mail or telephone number printed on the invoice. Any prints returned without prior authorisation will be rejected, and will be returned to sender. It is the responsibility of the sender to ensure that any returned prints are returned in the same tube it was delivered in and traceable or it will be rejected and returned to sender. Any returned artwork must be returned in a ‘like new’ condition with no alterations to it whatsoever.
We will only refund the cost of return postage to us if the prints are damaged.
Fade Free Warranty
As long as a print is properly treated, framed to the correct standards, and hung in a suitable environment, it will last for many years. Prints should not be hung in direct sunlight or in hot or damp environmental conditions. These conditions are not suitable for displaying fine quality prints and will only damage them. If prints are stored/displayed under the correct conditions yet suffer a colour change or any fading of the image we will replace the print free of charge.
All prints are sent out fully protected for the postal system. However, if your print arrives damaged please contact us immediately and we will replace it at no extra cost to you on receipt of the damaged print.
